You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any merchandise purchased from Rinehold Tack & Western Wear that has not been worn or altered, has original price tags attached and receipt for proof of purchase.  Refunds will be issued if the return occurs within 14 days of purchase and items meet the above requirements.  Exchanges or In-Store credits will be given if the return occurs within 30 days of purchase. Exchange only on clearance priced merchandise. Online returns can be sent to Rinehold Tack & Western Wear's store front or by mail to:

Please include all original tags and a note stating the reason for the return. 
Once the return is received by Rinehold's, please allow up to 48 hours for the return to be processed and resolved.
We will gladly accept a return for refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be in the same form of currency used for the purchase. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, the refund will be issued to that same card. If purchase is made by personal check, a refund will be issued by mail after 14 days from receipt of the returned merchandise. No cash refunds will be given for gift certificates or for clearance items, we will gladly exchange.
We will gladly accept a return for exchange or in-store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is deemed defective.  Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Before special orders are placed, half of the total purchase price will be required as a down payment.  Returned special orders will incur a 10 percent restocking fee unless item is deemed defective.
Any checks returned for nonsufficient funds will be charged an additional fee of $30.
